Hi, I’m Saoud.
Via Saoud means “the route of Saoud”: the route I take through the markets with my own money. I’ve been investing since I was 16. I had some ups and downs along the way, and I don’t want you to make the same mistakes. I invest myself, and on this site and on my YouTube channel I show what I do and why — explained like I’d explain it to a friend.
I’m not a financial adviser. I’m someone like you, on an investing journey. I’ll never tell you what to buy or sell — I show my own moves, and you make your own decisions.
How Via Saoud works
Every video I make on YouTube becomes two articles on this site:
- My take. What happened in the markets, what the numbers say, and how I look at it with my own money.
- The Devil’s Advocate. The strongest honest case for the opposite view. The facts are checked, but the conclusion is deliberately not mine, so you can weigh both sides yourself.
I write about stocks, gold and commodities, bonds and interest rates, and the basics in Explained. You’ll find everything on the Analysis page.
What I will and won’t do
- I explain how things work and share what I do myself, in plain English.
- I check the facts and figures before I publish.
- I don’t give buy or sell recommendations, and I don’t review personal portfolios.
If you want to understand investing at your own pace, I offer 1-on-1 coaching sessions. They’re about education, not advice.
